It doesn’t care about deadlines,
or how much time should be enough.
Some days I feel light and hopeful,
and other days an old feeling shows up again—uninvited.

I used to think going backwards meant I was failing.
Now I’m slowly understanding
that healing isn’t a straight line,
it’s a conversation with myself.

And today, I’m choosing patience.
Not because it’s easy—
but because I deserve it. 🤍
