SoulThread is a peer-support platform, not a medical institution. Community content is for educational and supportive purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Sessions booked with psychologists are provided by the individual professional.
4. Memberships & refunds
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled from your account. Session bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the session.
