• Health & Care Data: Information you provide within the NEHA assistant, including patient profiles, medicine logs, uploaded medical reports, and caretaker community posts.
• Device Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, as well as device information like operating system, device ID, and IP address.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide, operate, and maintain our App.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our App.

• Send you emails or push notifications regarding your account or the App.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All health data, reports, and personal information are securely stored using Google Firebase. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and is stored in secure data centers (India/Singapore region). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, such as maintaining your active account and providing our services. When you request the deletion of your account and associated data, we will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days. You can request deletion directly within the App settings or by contacting us at support@soulthread.in.
